How Does Charlotte Tilbury Do Her Makeup

Sofia Schwarzkopf Tilbury, despite her famous dazzler lineage, is an exceptional talent in her ain right. SOFIA: Probably my grandmother with her red lipstick. She is never seen without it and always says, 'Scarlet lipstick is instant glamour.' Charlotte actually created a lipstick in homage to her—Patsy Cerise!
